The public dispute between renowned gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her former manager, Eezee Concept (also known as Eezee T)

Renowned gospel artist Mercy Chinwo has responded to her former manager, Eezee Concept, accusing him of making her life challenging following their fallout.


The two have been caught up in a public dispute, particularly with her ex-manager, Eezee T. In a recent video, Mercy disclosed that he pressured her to sign a contract in 2019, which she deemed fraudulent, a request she ultimately refused. She claimed that since that time, he has made her life unbearable, even bullying her to the extent that she felt compelled to move to Lagos. Mercy also accused him of financially supporting bloggers to spread misleading information aimed at damaging her reputation.


In the video post, she expressed her emotional turmoil, stating: “I am overwhelmed with sadness every single day, and I cannot even explain it all. This burden is too heavy for me to bear. People call me names, accuse me unjustly, and paint me as someone I am not. They say I broke a contract, which I did not, despite all the frustration. They label me as something I could never be. 


But I know the truth, and I trust that my God sees everything. He is the God of justice, and He will rise for my sake! ‘The Lord is a God who avenges. O God who avenges, shine forth. Rise up, Judge of the earth; pay back to the proud what they deserve.’ (Psalm 94:1-2).


I cry out to Him because I am confident He will fight for me and reveal the truth. I surrender it all to Him.”

Troops of the 6 Brigade, Nigerian Army, and Sector 3 Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) have dismantled a notorious bandit camp, killing a suspected bandit in Angwan Bala, Kambari village, Karim Lamido Local Government Area, Taraba State. According to Billboard, Nigerian R&B artist Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, is set to make history as the first African artist to win two Grammys in one night.
